Generation gets the headlines. Uptime pays the bills.

Every turbine, charger, and substation is a 20-to-30-year maintenance commitment. The industry is funding the build and starving the upkeep.

The clean-energy economy will be constrained by the labor to operate and maintain it. Trained technicians for installation, maintenance, and grid modernization are the scarce input.

02The curriculum

The trade is the second thing we teach.

21 weeks, in three stages, in order. The professional foundation comes first and the specialization last, so the trade sits on top of workplace skills. See the full program.

Professional foundations

Executive functioning for the working world: managing time, money, and competing priorities, communicating with managers and customers, and learning the unwritten rules of how businesses operate.

Clean-energy fundamentals

Safety, electrical theory, tools, and jobsite certifications that carry across every sector of clean energy. The same base comes before every specialization.

Specialization

A chosen track in electric mobility, renewable generation (wind, solar, or geothermal), or grid modernization, running through placement with an anchor employer.

Employer-anchored. Built to place, and to last.

Employers and workforce agencies anchor every cohort, so training maps to real openings from day one, and individual seats can be funded on top of that. Instruction and support run the full length of the program and carry on after placement. See how partnership works.

04Who trains here

The workforce already lives where the infrastructure does.

We recruit from 4 communities with the skills and the stake to run this infrastructure, and that the training pipeline has mostly passed over. What we add is the training, the support, and the employers who are hiring.

The goal is economic sovereignty: wages and career paths that pay for housing, healthcare, and groceries today. A 25-year maintenance career on a wage that supports a family is the outcome we measure.

Veterans

Technical training, safety culture, and mission execution transfer directly to O&M work.

Survivors of domestic abuse

Financial independence is the exit ramp. A skilled trade career funds it on a defined timeline.

Indigenous peoples

Energy infrastructure crosses and borders tribal lands nationwide. The maintenance economy should be owned and operated there too.

Opportunity youth

Young adults between school and steady work, stepping into the fastest-growing occupation in the country.
