These are field jobs, and they do not require a four-year degree. They also do not disappear once the build-out slows. Every turbine and charger installed this decade carries 20 to 30 years of maintenance behind it.

Everyone starts in the same place and builds toward a specialization. You finish trained on the equipment employers actually run, not a generic version of it.
Professional foundations
Managing time, money, and competing priorities. Talking to managers and customers. How a workplace actually operates, so you arrive ready for the job and not only the equipment.
Clean-energy fundamentals
Safety, electrical theory, tools, and jobsite certifications that carry across every part of clean energy. Everyone builds the same technical base before choosing a track.
Specialization
Electric mobility, renewable generation across wind, solar, and geothermal, or grid modernization. Training covers multiple manufacturers rather than a single vendor's equipment.

Skills that are not tied to one employer
You train across manufacturers rather than one vendor's equipment. What you learn travels with you when you change jobs, so your first employer does not have to be your last.
One cohort, one credential
You train alongside veterans, opportunity youth, survivors of domestic abuse, and Indigenous peoples, in the same room, on the same equipment, toward the same credential. That is deliberate.
A job is the point
Employers commit to the roles before a cohort starts, so you train toward openings that already exist. If you finish without work, that is our problem to solve, and we keep working it.
Support carries on after you finish
Graduating ends the program, not the relationship. You keep training as the equipment changes, so what you learn in 21 weeks keeps pace with what is actually in the field, and every charger and turbine going in this decade carries 20 to 30 years of work behind it.
